Job Discription:
1. Providing services of legal consultancy at the request of clients in the fields of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Commerce, Contracts, Intellectual Property (IP), Real estate, Labor, Tax, Banking and other relating legal fields.
2. Providing services of applying for licenses: Investment registration certificate (IRC), Enterprise registration certificate (ERC), change of business registration information, Business license, Operation registration certificate, Work permit, Visa, Temporary residence card, Certificate of eligibility for conditional chemical business, License to trade in restricted chemicals, carrying out relevant tax procedures,…
3. Drafting documents, review and adjust types of contracts and agreements.
4. Representing clients to participate in court proceedings or commercial arbitration
5. Performing other tasks at the request of clients.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor of Law/ Economic Law upwards
Having at least 2 working-year experience at the Law firm or acting legal associate in the foreign owned companies.
Good English, priority reading and writing skills
Working time:
From Monday to Friday per week, from 8h00 to 17h30, lunch break from 12h00 to 13h30. Public holidays are on the provisions of the current Labor Code.
