Interest subsidy methods: At the time of repayment of each interest payment term, commercial banks choose to provide interest subsidies to customers by one of the following methods:
- To directly deduct the amount of loan interest payable by the customer equal to the subsidized loan interest.
- To collect all loan interest from customers in the term and refund customers the subsidized loan interest on the same day of interest collection. In case the collection of loan interest in the term is done after working hours of commercial banks, the refund of the subsidized loan interest can be done on the next day.
